The Town of Veteran Afghan's have arrived & are
ready for sale. They are full color and depict historical references & places of interest in the Town
of Veteran. The price is $40.00 with the profit to go to the Town of Veteran Historical Society. These
will make great gifts, can be used as wall hangings & will keep you warm too! Please note:
Shipping is available for out of town orders & shipping would be added to the total cost. I stopped at the
Horseheads Post Office this morning (3.1.08) to inquire about shipping costs. To ship one afghan to Maryland for example runs
about $6.00. It may be more the greater distance from Horseheads, depending on your zip code. If you
want them shipped please let me know and I will get the price for shipping before you send payment. Please contact

PLEASE NOTE: If you send a check it must be made out to Tim Rodabaugh, not the Historical Society.
Please don't forget to renew your membership  Membership is still $5.00 per year and is payable by mail or you can bring it to a meeting. There is a date
for you to renew on your membership card. It tells you that you are a member through a specific date. You may
renew for 1 or any number of years. Thanks for your continued support!

at the Veteran Town Hall and begin at 1:00 p.m. unless noted otherwise.
